A timeline of our company history

2017

Company was founded in San Francisco, CA.

2018

Closed > $38M Reg D token pre-sale.Began building TrustToken’s asset tokenization platform.Developed and launched TrueUSD, the 1st regulated and fully collateralized stablecoin backed by USD.

2019

Developed and launched additional fiat-backed stablecoins such as TrueGBP, TrueCAD, TrueAUD and TrueHKD.Developed and launched TrueGOLD, a proof-of-concept commodities-backed stablecoin collateralzied by gold.

2020

Developed and launched TrueFi, an alternative asset management platform.Entered into a strategic sale of TrueUSD to Techteryx.

2021

Acquired Ethworks (now Archblock Poland) to strengthen the Company’s Engineering Team.TrueFi hits $1B in total loan originations.Major exchange listings for $TRU, TrueFi’s governance token.

2022

Rebranded from TrustToken to Archblock.Developed and launched TrueFi’s on-chain governance smart contracts.Formed the TrueFi Foundation to independently manage TrueFi’s off-chain assets and governance needs.

2023

Developed and launched the Archblock Institutional Platform (AIP) on top of TrueFI’s blockchain infrastructure.Finalized the transfer of TrueUSD operations and services to Techteryx.

2024
